1221 Nails Privacy Notice

Magic Holdings LLC operates the 1221 Nails storefront at https://nails.12twinty1.com. This notice explains the information used by the storefront and how to contact us about privacy.

Cart, preferences, and browser storage

The storefront saves information in your browser to maintain your cart and configuration choices. Depending on the features you use, that information includes:

• Design and configuration identifiers, shape, length, finish, quantity, price, and related product information.
• Care and packaging choices, recipient identifiers and preferences, and fit references or profile selections associated with cart items.
• Saved cart rows, order-builder selections and progress, and a membership-tier preference.
• A random checkout reference used to help prevent duplicate processing, checkout acknowledgement references, and a session checkout-return reference.

A saved membership preference is not enrollment in a paid plan or permission to charge you.

Local records generally remain until cleared or replaced in browser storage. You can clear them using your browser's controls. Clearing browser storage does not delete information already held by a checkout provider or fitting service.

Commerce and external services

If you use a commerce or checkout feature, the storefront sends the relevant order and configuration information to the PressKit commerce backend to support that request.

Links may take you to Stripe-hosted checkout or Shopify-hosted customer and membership pages. Payment-card entry takes place on Stripe-hosted checkout, not in a 1221 Nails payment-card form. Information you provide after opening an external service is also subject to that service's applicable privacy notice.

The storefront's Instagram and TikTok links open external pages. When you follow a link, the destination receives your visit and handles information under its own applicable notice.

FitID is a separate collection point

The storefront does not capture or upload nail photographs. FitID operates at https://fitid.presskitnails.com. If you use its scanner, review the photo notice before allowing camera access or submitting images.

A cart may contain a reference associated with a fitting record. That reference is not a photograph. Clearing a storefront cart does not delete photographs or fitting records held by FitID.

Hosting and browser controls

Lovable and Cloudflare provide hosting or delivery infrastructure for the storefront. They receive the technical information involved in serving requests, including IP addresses and browser request headers. The site also uses cookie identifiers, and Cloudflare provides bot protection.

Hosting-platform analytics are disabled. Technical requests needed to deliver and protect the site still occur.

You can block or clear cookies and other browser storage using your browser's controls, although doing so can affect storefront functions.

Privacy questions and requests

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information, email Magic Holdings LLC at help@presskitnails.com. Identify 1221 Nails and provide the relevant order or other reference if you have one. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Information included in a privacy request is received so that the request can be understood and handled. We may need information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. This notice does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Clearing your browser is not a request to delete records held by us or another service. Contact us if you want to request deletion of those records.

We will post changes on this page, identify material changes here, and update the date shown above. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent.
